The College Secretary is the students’ resource for information regarding graduation status and transcript requests for courses taken at our Stockton Campus. Students who attend the Nevada Campus should inquire with Pastor Gil at igaso@me.com. You may download a request form below.
Transcript Fee
It is important that all unsettled fees be paid before a transcript is to be released. This includes any class fees, registration fees or textbook fees. A $20.00 fee will be charged for each transcript request. If you prefer to pay with a check or cash, please inform Director Daniel Ortiz at Goldenvalleyabc@gmail.com so he can make the necessary arrangements. You may pay using your personal mobile banking app, “Zelle.” Please transfer funds to the email: NGVDBibleCollegeFinance@gmail.com.
